Our policy for returns and refunds      

 

 A return and refund policy usually consists of:  

 

 

• Returns must be made within 15 days of the purchase, and only blank items can be returned. 

• The state of return must be unworn and undecorated. 

• Reason for return: was the item the wrong size or color. 

• Returns are processed at the time of the return, and funds are returned as they were given. 

• If we made a mistake, we will replace the item once you return it to us. 

• PLEASE CONFIRM ALL PROOFS BEFORE PRODUCTIONS, AND THIS IS YOUR FINAL CHANCE TO CHANGE THE ORDER.
